PRODUCTLAPSE Services

Services Generally. The Service includes an online platform that allows users to access and participate in offerings, such as the PRODUCTLAPSE Certification program for AI-Empowered Product Management. PRODUCTLAPSE retains sole discretion over the availability of any information and Services.

Course Content. PRODUCTLAPSE offers courses focusing on AI-powered product management, including AI-driven product strategy, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, and related fields. The curriculum is designed to provide practical, real-world education and skills.

Completion of Course. Upon successfully completing the PRODUCTLAPSE certification program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, provided you have met all course requirements and paid all applicable fees in full.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Payment Terms

By purchasing the PRODUCTLAPSE certification, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Refund Policy

PRODUCTLAPSE offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. PRODUCTLAPSE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOMES, INCLUDING JOB PLACEMENT OR CAREER ADVANCEMENT, AS A RESULT OF COMPLETING THE CERTIFICATION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTLAPSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRODUCTLAPSE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES.
